To expedite your request, please include the following when you contact us:

Commissioned Original Art

Commissioned Original Art pieces are made-to-order by Minted artists and are therefore not eligible for return. If you are unhappy with your Commissioned Original Art, please contact the artist with whom you’ve been working to discuss why the piece may have fallen short of your expectations.

CUSTOMIZABLE FINE ART

Customizable Fine Art is available on select art prints and allows you to adjust the color, crop, and rotation of a piece. Our Fine Art Specialists make adjustments based on your specific requests and provide proofs before finalizing the order. Therefore, we cannot allow returns on these pieces unless they arrive with damage sustained during shipping or there is an order error where Minted is at fault. If you contact us within 7 days of delivery, we will work with you to correct these issues.

Furniture

At Minted, we take great pride in offering high-quality furniture and fabrics to our customers. Each piece of furniture is a custom addition to your home decor collection that we hope you’ll keep forever. We make your order to your specifications and our process starts as soon as an order is placed. For this reason, furniture orders cannot be changed, canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded at any time. We encourage you to inspect your furniture immediately upon receipt. If your item arrived with a manufacturing defect or damage caused during transit, please contact us within 7 days of your delivery and we will work with you to correct it.

ART PRINTS

We want you to love your Minted art. Therefore, limited edition and open edition Fine Art Prints and Children’s Art Prints can be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt. Minted Art Prints make great holiday gifts, so orders placed in November and December will be eligible for return until 30 days after receipt or January 31st of the following year, whichever is later.

DIRECT FROM ARTIST

  • Returns of Direct From Artist items other than Wedding Marketplace items. These Direct From Artist items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt. All items (including art) must be returned in their original packaging, along with any certificates or paperwork that may have been included, in the same condition in which they arrived. Direct From Artist items are perfect for holiday gifting, so orders for these items placed in November and December will be eligible for return until 30 days after receipt or January 31st of the following year, whichever is later.
  • Refunds for Wedding Marketplace items. Wedding Marketplace items are not returnable, and in most cases cannot be refunded because they are frequently customizable or single use items. You can, however, request a refund for the following reasons, and Minted will determine your eligibility for the refund in its reasonable discretion: (i) you want to cancel an order that has not yet shipped (we can only refund you in this instance if the seller confirms they have not begun making or packaging your shipment); (ii) the order is delayed past the arrival date shown when you purchased, and you can no longer use or or no longer need the item; (iii) the package is lost (we consider packages lost if they have been in transit for 10+ days); (iv) the item is not as described in product detail description / imagery (in this instance, please provide images of what you received and our Support team will review); or (v) the item arrives damaged (in this instance, please provide photos of what you received as confirmation). If you have already received the item for which you are requesting a refund, there is no need to return it.
  • Customer Service. In the case of damaged items and lost or late shipments, please contact our Support team here. They will help facilitate solutions, including replacements or returns/refunds, as appropriate and needed. To request a refund for a Wedding Marketplace item, please reach out to us with your order number, the reason you’re requesting a refund and any photos as indicated above. We’ll evaluate your request and provide your refund as appropriate.

Exchange or get credit
for a gift

Did you receive a Minted gift that isn't quite right? We're certain you can find something better suited to your taste and personal style. Either exchange your gift for another item of equal or lesser value or receive a credit for future use.

Contact us to request an exchange or credit with the following information:

  1. the “ship to” name on your package
  2. the item you received
  3. your preference for an exchange or credit
  4. if exchange, the item you’d like instead

Original shipping charges will not be credited nor included in the exchange.
We do not offer refunds on gift items.
